Peer Review Process:
All manuscript submissions undergo an initial screening for relevance, originality, contribution, plagiarism and presentation quality. Those meeting the standards proceed to a double-blind peer review, ensuring that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous.
- At least two reviewers or editorial board members evaluate each manuscript.
- The review process typically takes a minimum of 8 weeks.
- Authors may be required to make revisions based on reviewer feedback. Editorial decisions are final, and all communication is conducted via email.
Plagiarism Policy:
Authors submitting to VIJCSIT must ensure:
- The manuscript is entirely original and free from plagiarism.
- No content is taken from other sources without proper citation.
- All referenced content is appropriately acknowledged.
- Depending on the similarity level, manuscripts may be rejected without review.
- If plagiarism is discovered after publication, the article will be removed from the archive.
Open Access Policy:
VIJCSIT follows an Open Access publishing model. All published articles are freely accessible to the public, allowing users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text without restrictions. The journal adheres to best practices and high publication standards.
Copyright Notice:
Authors publishing with VIJCSIT agree to:
- Retain copyright while granting the journal first publication rights under a Creative Commons Attribution License.

Responsibilities of Reviewers:

- Timeliness: Only accept reviews that can be completed promptly.
- Confidentiality: Manuscripts must not be shared or discussed.
- Objectivity: Feedback must be constructive and unbiased.
- Conflict of Interest: Reviewers must decline assignments where conflicts exist.
Responsibilities of Authors:
- Accuracy: Present research clearly and truthfully with sufficient detail for replication.
- Data Availability: Provide data upon request.
- Originality: Ensure originality and proper citation.
- No Duplicate Submission: Manuscripts must not be submitted to multiple journals simultaneously.
- Acknowledgement: Credit all prior work that influenced the research.
- Authorship: Only contributors with significant involvement should be listed as authors.
- Risk Disclosure: Highlight any unusual hazards associated with chemicals, processes, or equipment used.
- Conflicts of Interest: Disclose all potential conflicts.

Responsibilities of the Publisher (Vindor):
Vindor, as the publisher, collaborates closely with the editorial board to uphold the highest ethical standards. In cases of plagiarism, fraudulent data, or scientific misconduct, Vindor will take appropriate actions, including issuing corrections, errata, or complete retractions.
